It is with heavy hearts that we announce Parka has closed and our last day was Saturday December 16th, 2023.

The last six years have been the most amazing, beautiful experience and we are beyond grateful to all of you for supporting us, and giving us the opportunity to share our vision of sustainable plant-based comfort food with you. To each and every person who walked through our doors or ordered from us online - thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 🙏💖 You are the reason Parka existed for the past 6 years. Every time you chose Parka, you made a difference for us, for yourself, and for the planet. 💖🌎🌱

When Parka first started as one person’s dream six years ago, we never imagined it would have evolved into something so much more, with its own unique energy and sense of purpose. This evolution was possible only because of all the special souls Parka attracted - from our absolutely amazing team and Parka family (past and present) 💗, to our most wonderful guests and catering clients 💙, to our fiercely dedicated community partners included. 👏 We honestly had some of the most brilliant, caring, conscious, and compassionate people grace our paths over the years. People who shared a similar world view, cared about the environment, our health, the animals, and most of all people who cared about making a positive impact. Thank you for being part of this journey and making Parka what it is today.✨

Although we are closing our restaurant doors for now, Parka is not going away forever - rather our hope is to evolve into something entirely brand new. Our vision for Parka was always to expand our impact and reach more people on a wider scale. 🙌🌎 Stay tuned for the next evolution of Parka.
